Palace Fast-Flex Fast Setting Grey Floor Levelling Compound is a rapid setting, cement based, subfloor smoothing underlayment. It can be laid at a bed depth of 2mm to 30mm in a single application, forming a hard, level surface ready to receive tiles after just 4 hours. Palace Fast-Flex improves adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, including worn concrete, plywood, and dense impermeable surfaces, while delivering enhanced resistance to abrasion and point loading.
