Updated During this difficult period for the nation we would like to assure all our customers that here at Total Tiles it's business as usual, with a few precautions. We regard the safety of our colleagues, customers and visitors as our highest priority, so please read below to see the extra measures being taken to provide as low risk an environment as we can. We will continue to update this page every day to reflect any changes.

ShowroomNormal 7 Day Support
Our showroom is open and welcoming customers. We are operating within our social distancing protocols, in line with Public Health England's guidance. Please see below for what to expect when you visit our showroom and how we expect to welcome you.
  • We ask you not to visit us in large groups (ideally groups of 2 per household) as social distancing becomes more difficult to maintain.
  • We ask you to please use the hand sanitiser available at the entrance to the showroom.
  • We will allow a maximum of 6 customers in the showroom at any time, to ensure adequate distancing.
  • Our colleagues will be wearing face masks, shields or coverings when assisting you in the showroom, except when they are sitting at their desk, behind the screen guards
  • We ask you to exercise social distancing wherever possible, please try to keep your distance from our colleagues and other customers.
  • From Friday 24th July we will expect all customers to wear face masks/coverings except those people in vulnerable groups who are unable to due to health reasons.
  • In the event we are busy, you may be required to queue outside the showroom, this is an unfortunate necessity in order to maintain adequate distancing.
  • Our busiest times are on weekends, so if you can schedule your visit for a weekday then you are more likely to experience less of a delay in our service.

To ensure as little interruption and delay to your day, we ask that you call through to customer support to let us know of any materials you need in advance. We will try to make sure that all your materials are picked and ready for you when you arrive.
