Delivery prices for the weight of products in your cart can be viewed using our handy estimator. Simply view your cart, add your postcode and click the date you would like delivery on the calendar.

We appreciate that today’s busy lifestyle means that convenient reliable deliveries are important. During the checkout process, our customers are able to choose a delivery date that is convenient for them. The delivery company making the delivery are also asked to call 1 hour before the estimated delivery time. While we are unable to provide an E.T.A at the point of booking a delivery, if you do find yourself having to dash out for a while and are concerned about missing your delivery, contact our customer service team and we will try to call the driver to get a good indication of the delivery time.

You can select a specific delivery day at the checkout page. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm with Saturday deliveries available with a surcharge of £48.00. We ask our delivery company to call 1 hour before the estimated delivery time.

We offer a next working day delivery option on all orders placed before 2.00pm. This service is priced at £10.00 above our standard delivery price which can be booked from the second working day onwards.

Most tile orders will be sent wrapped onto a wooden pallet. The driver will unload the pallet from the delivery vehicle using a tail lift and pallet truck. The driver will then manually pull the pallet to the nearest accessible location to the property providing the route is flat and of hard standing. Please note that the pallet truck cannot travel over gravel, slopes, grass or steps. Smaller orders that can be sent in parcels will be delivered using a parcel courier company.

Orders delivered by pallet will be left secured to the pallet at the nearest external location to the property which has a flat hard surface leading from the delivery vehicle. Please be aware the delivery is made by a third party delivery company and the driver will not be able to assist in unloading the pallet or helping to bring the goods inside your property. Some tile boxes weigh in excess of 30kg each and we recommend ensuring you have arranged help on the day of delivery if you need it.

To ensure safe receipt of goods a signature is required on delivery. For parcel deliveries the driver will attempt to leave your order with a neighbour if you’re not in. Alternatively deliveries can be made to a different address to the cardholder, just specify the address when asked during the checkout process.

Please give your order a quick visual inspection while the driver is present. Any obvious damages visible from the outside of the pallet should be marked on the delivery paperwork. Within 48 hours please fully check your order to ensure you are satisfied with all elements including damages, quantities, tile shade and sizing. In the unlikely event there are any issues, they should be reported to us here at the earliest opportunity so we can resolve them as quickly as possible.

Absolutely, orders can be collected from the showroom at our distribution centre in Ipswich. Payment can be accepted in person by any major debit or credit card using chip & pin. Please note if payment is made online or by phone and the goods are collected, photo ID of the cardholder is required.
